1. GENERAL


Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients / users have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:



2. CANCELLATION PLOICY

Cancellation Request should be submitted within 24 hours from the purchase time and date of the Service or Product. Request received after 24 Hours will not be considered a valid request. If a service or product is a renewable service or product then if the request is received after 24 hours it will be considered a renewal cancellation but the current service or product will remain active till its expiry.




3. REFUND POLICY


Generally, we follow a no refund policy but we also understand Client / Users Need, so we provide a maximum of 30% refund on selected product or services. Refunds will only be granted if the ordered service or product is not delivered to the customers/clients/users.
In some cases, if the customers/clients/users cancel the service or product within the cancellation time, then if the product or service is not delivered to the customers/clients/users then the customers/clients/users will get a refund up to 70%.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
